COMPETITIONS
BACKGROUND
On the first Wednesday of each month (except January and July), Geelong Camera Club holds a Club competition which is judged by either a local, Melbourne or country judge. The competition is open to all members and has two grades: A and B.
It is important that members who wish to enter competitions familiarise themselves with the Competition Rules and the Print Presentations Guidelines. See drop down menu for the webpage.​
Throughout the year Geelong Camera Club also competes against other camera clubs in 3 Inter-Club Competitions, as well as the annual VAPS competition which involves all the camera clubs in Victoria. The Geelong Camera Club is currently ranked very highly in State competitions.
